Delete your Olympus Fit account

How to request deletion

Enter the name on your Olympus Fit account.
Enter the phone number or the email address you use in Olympus Fit. One of these is enough.
Confirm that you want this account and the data associated with it deleted.
Send the request to OLYMPUS PRO LTD at team@olympuspro.net. The button below prepares that email for you. You can also copy the address and send the same details from any email app.
We confirm that the request is from the holder of that Olympus Fit account, using the phone number or email you gave us. After that confirmation, we delete the account.

What we delete

When we delete the Olympus Fit account, we delete this data associated with it:

Name
Phone number
Health and fitness data
Photos or videos
Device identifier

Deleting your Olympus Fit account is permanent.

The account and the data we delete cannot be restored. If you have an active membership or a payment that is still open, it may need to be settled before we delete the account. Email team@olympuspro.net and we will help with that.
